- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the ride may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days.
3. Vehicle Use and Conduct
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
- The driver has the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behavior.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on location, vehicle type, and duration.
- Additional charges may apply for extra hours, distance, or waiting time.
- Payment must be made as per agreed terms (cash, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
5. Delays and Liability
- While we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Shakti Travels Lucknow is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the ride.
6. Chauffeur Service
- All chauffeurs are trained and verified professionals.
- Customers are requested to treat chauffeurs with respect and courtesy.
7. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Modification of Terms
